CITIZEN POTAWATOMI NATION
This project for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation involved the preservation of a 100-year-old concrete arch bridge in Pottawatomie County, believed to be the only bridge of this type in Oklahoma.
"It is the only rainbow arch bridge remaining in the state and is on the National Register of Historic Places."
Cross Timbers was responsible for the design of all necessary improvements to preserve the bridge structure, coordination with the State Historic Preservation office, completing an environmental assessment, preparing a grant proposal for a FHWA program, and developing bid documents.
